 1.Use of the Portal

Anyone who accesses, browses, and uses the portal is considered a user who consents to have read, understood, and agreed with the terms and conditions featured below.

The booking of services included in this portal shall be governed, besides these terms and conditions, by the specific conditions set out by each economic agent of the participating sector (hereinafter referred to as “Partner”) that will be available during all booking process regarding, particularly but not limited to, the cancellation policy, no show and use of facilities.

These terms and conditions could be revised whenever it is useful and apply to all our services available online, by e-mail, phone, chat or via any mobile device. Please check this page on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of the latest version.

It is strictly forbidden to use the portal for illegal purposes, including its modification, reproduction, copying or distribution.


2. Our Services

The portal promotes and sells services to the public, with the best selection of their partners, locations and other services such as restaurants and hotels that are in line with the high standards required by Wine Travel in Czech (hereinafter, referred to as “WTC”).

Via this portal we provide an online service, from which visitors/users can select online purchases (hereinafter, referred to as “Our Services”).


3.Accuracy of the Content of

WTC does not support liability for any errors all information provided on the website, although the team made its bets to provide with the most prcie and true information.  We can guarantee  taht the given information on the portal is error free.

4.Value for money warranty

Rates featured on are very competitive. WTC negotiated the best rates with its partners. They include all taxes, charges and surcharges. The rates on the portal are feartured in Euros.

We recommend you to read the description of terms and conditions  before booking.


5.Registration / Account Opening

5.1. Opening a user account / Registration

Before booking a tour on, you have to fill in requested personal information. You will be automatically registered in our Newsletter. WTC will not be responsible if  your booking cannot be fullfilled due to incorrect or false information. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded.

5.2. Eligibility to book

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.



After each request, Wine Travel in Czech has to check availaibilty of the hotels, wineries, winegrowers and any other requested activities.  Thus, WTC is not able to proceed to an immediate booking but only by “under request” booking. Then, we ask you to fill in a booking form. You must provide all requested information. We’ll work on availability and if necessary look for hotels and others. Inn that case, we’ll work on the budget related to the requested tour.

We will send you the offer by email in a maximum of 48 hours, We would need your confirmation within 48 hours to ensure the availabilty and prices. To guarantee the booking, WTC will request the payment by  bank transfer. 


8. Miscellaneaous

8.1 official documents

It is the responsibility of all users, regardless their nationality and destination, to be aware of the entry requirements for the Czech Republic via the embassy or consulate.

Visa and health requirements are subject to change without any notice. Thus we suggest you verify the requirements before departure.

Clients have to make sure they have in good order their personal or family documentation (identity card, authorization for minors, passport, visas, and other that might be required). WTC accepts no liability for the refusal to grant visas or denying entry permission to the client in the Czech Republic;. In these cases, we will apply the conditions set out under ” Cancellation and No Show”. All costs that occur due this situation are  the responsibility of the client.

8.2. Insurance

The rates featured do not include insurance. Users are responsible for the insurance concerning their activities and tour. Neither WTC nor our partners may be liable for expenses or losses that may occur by an inadequate insurance. We also recommend you contract an adequate insurance for your tour when booking.

8.3. Unpaid services

If users do not pay for the activity booked, or revoke their payment, their claim concerning the benefits of the activity will be omitted. This will be considered as a cancellation and subject to the conditions inherent to “Cancellation and No Show”.

8.4. Claims

Claims will only be considered when received by registered letter to WTC – AI Wine Travel in Czech, s.r.o. for a maximum period of 15 days after the end of the experience.


9. Payment

9.1. Booking Guarantee with Bank Transfer

When making a reservation through you must  proceed to a 50% deposit of the total booking. The remaining balance must be paid until 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment will be made in Euros at the exchange rate of your country at that time.

9.2. Taxes

The rates featured on the website or by other means provided by WTC (e-mail, phone, skype, etc.) include VAT at the time of booking. Payment will be made in Euro (€).


10. Cancellation and No Show

10.1. Cancellation and No Show terms

Whenever you make a reservation through WTC, you accept and agree with the payment, cancellation and no show conditions, as well as with any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your booking. Please read carefully the payment, cancellation and no show conditions before completing your booking.

Cancelling a booking with WTC may entail cancellation fees. Please note that some rates or special offers available on the website cannot be cancelled or changed

10.2. Bank transfer payment

Unless specified otherwise, the cancellation and no-show policy is stated below:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days prior the experience / check-in date: Non-refundable deposit (up to € 1.000 the deposit will be the total amount).
  • Cancellations less than 30 days prior the experience / check-in date or no show: a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking price will be charged.
  • No show: a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking price will be charged.

10.3. Exceptions

We may cancel a service booked if the weather conditions, governmental, accidental, or unavoidable actions or external circumstances jeopardize the attainment of the service. This cancellation will be carried out under exclusion of any compensation for damages or other claims under what legal basis whatsoever.

We may consider as a “No Show” if the client does not arrive to the meeting point of the tour at a time agreed (specified in the booking confirmation email). In this case, there will be no refund.

10.4. Cancellation or change of reservation procedures

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your booking, please follow the instructions provided in the booking confirmation email.

The WTC team will process the requested changes with the minimum of delay; however, all changes are subject to availability and, therefore, WTC cannot guarantee the achievement of any request for reservation changes.

WTC will not request the cancellation of your original booking, except in case of a schedule change.  The price applicable to the new booking will be the price at the time of booking. The change of booking or its cancellation may involve additional costs. 


11. Cancellation and No Show

11.1 Refunds

No refunds will be paid for any unused service or for any experience that has already started or that does not meet the cancellation periods shown in “Cancellation and No Show”.
Failure to comply with the payment on the date(s) and the value(s) established between the customer and WTC at the time of booking does not give the customer the right to be reimbursed and gives WTC the right to proceed to the cancellation of the requested booking.
The failure to provide the expected services of the tour for reasons not attributable to WTC and its partners, and in case that is not possible to change them with other equivalent services, does not give the client the right to be refunded for the difference between the price of the expected services and the ones actually rendered.

11.2. Changes

Whenever necessary or complusary, WTC can change the order of the tours, to change the time of departure or arrival or replace any of the expected hotels, resaturants, wineries by others of a similar category.

10.3. Compliance

If, by facts not attributable to WTC and its partners, the latter will not be able to fulfill some of the essential services that are part of the tour, the client has no right to give up the tour/experience. If such facts are attributable to WTC and its partners and will cause the cancellation of the trip, the client can also choose to participate in other organized tour of equivalent price. If the proposed tour/experience organized to replace the former is of lower price, the difference will be refunded to the customer.


11. Transfer of the booking

The client may attribute his booking to another person who fulfills all the conditions required for the tour, by giving notice to WTC at least two days before and provided the partners will accept the replacement. 


12. Mailing

Booking: When booking services and products on the portal, you will receive a confirmation message (via e-mail) with all information about your booking (including terms and conditions). After you receive the confirmation e-mail, please read carefully all the information to ensure that it is in accordance with your booking. I

In case you have not received the e-mail, you should check your SPAM folder or the Promotions folder (if you use Gmail). If you haven’t still received the confirmation e-mail, please contact WTC at so we can check the problem and send you a new e-mail.

Clients reviews: WTC will send to all its clients a message (via email) at the end of the tour(s), to ask them to make a comment on TripAdvisor (with the related link) or/and fill a clent’s review. By completing the form, you agree that the information (text and photos) can be used, fully or partially, on the portal or other social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, applications or other channels for the marketing and promotion..


13. Rating and clients reviews

WTC reserves the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews, according to the criteria that have set out. These comments have the sole purpose of informing prospective clients about the quality of services and products available on the portal.


14. Online Chat

The website offers a specific area for the user to access the Online chat. This means of communication available on the portal allows a dialogue channel between the user, the team of expert technicians and a tourism technician or oenologist to answer questions in real time.


15. Security

WTC uses SSL protocol to encrypt and protect your credit /debit card information. However, any losses during the transmission of information will be taken only and exclusively by the user.

WTC has the right to cancel any bookings if there is reasonable suspicion that there was misuse of the portal, or if the identity of a client or his or her banking and personal identity have been stolen.


16. Legal Notice

Neither us nor any of WTC employees, directors, employees, delegates, subsidiaries, agents, or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making the site and its contents available, shall be liable for: (i) any special, indirect or consequent punitive damage or loss; (ii) any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss or damage of influences or reputation, loss of the right to compensation; (iii) any inaccuracy regarding the descriptive information of the services (including rates, availability and ratings) that are made available on our website; (iv) the services rendered or the products offered by partners; (v) any damages (direct, indirect, consequent or punitive), losses or costs borne, incurred or paid by you, in accordance, resulting from or connected with the use, the impossibility to use or delay of our website, or (vi) for any (personal) loss, death, damage to property or others (direct, indirect, special, consequent or punitive) damages, losses or costs borne, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors , offences, (gross) negligence, intentional misconduct, omissions, non-compliance, false information, crime or absolute liability for or by or attributable (fully or partially) to the partner (its employees, directors, managers, agents or representatives), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event that is beyond our control.

With respect to the travel arrangements made in connection with this transaction, WTC – Wine Travel in Czech, s.r.o., represents and acts as agent for disclosed principals and independent contractors, including transportation companies, tour operators, service companies, hotels, etc. WTC- Wine Travel in Czech, s.r.o. is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, financial stability, delays, or changes by any of these entities. Neither WTC – Wine Travel in Czech, s.r.o. nor any of its representatives shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury, damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery, acts of governments, de jure or de facto, war, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, pandemics, medical quarantines, customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any cause beyond the control of the WTC – Wine Travel in Czech, s.r.o., or from any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visas or other documents.


17. General provisions

All software required for our services, made available or used by our portal as well as the intellectual property rights (including copyright) of the contents published on the portal, including, but not limited to: text, logos, images, videos and audio, website structure, texts, graphics, banners and buttons, among others, are property of WTC and its suppliers or providers, unless otherwise stated. Its use by any means and in any form, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of WTC. The breach of the a forementioned rights will result in taking immediate legal action against offenders.

By using our services, you agree to comply with all laws, statutes, and regulations regarding the use of our services, exempting us from any liability.

Any disputes between users and partners regarding costs, quality of the services, facilities, or other matters, will remain private between the parties of the contract, and will exclude any engagement of WTC.

The contents of the portal and all bookings made through our services shall be governed by the Czech law, as well as these terms and conditions and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of any kind relating to them. For any legal issue that may arise from this contract, the competent court is court of the District of Prague, Czech Republic.
